Crispy Parmesan Zucchini

Preparation: 10 min. | Cooking/baking: 20 min. | Total: 30 min. | Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients for 1 portion

1 Zucchini
150g Parmesan cheese
3 TBSP Olive oil
1/2 TSP Oregano (dried)
1/2 TSP Basil (dried)
1/2 TSP Thyme (dried)
1/3 Bunch of Chives


Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick.

Grate the parmesan and chop the chives.

Mix the zucchini slices in a bowl with the oil.

In another bowl, mix the parmesan with the dried herbs.

Spread the zucchini slices on the baking tray.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add one teaspoon of Parmesan cheese and bake 15-20 until the cheese is golden yellow.

Sprinkle with chives and serve
